Group assignment
Create a teaching tool that highlights information of the literary movement your group has been assigned.

*Naturalism
*Realism
*Modernism
*Post Modernism
Make sure you are prepared to discuss the following points in your group presentation:
Define the movement.
Identify characteristics of the writing in the movement.
Identify authors and their contributions.
Identify the use of characterization for the movement.
Explain the view on man and nature, man and society
Identify the themes of the literary period.
Compare and contrast the movement to modernism.
You will use the text and the Internet to research the literary movement that you have been assigned. Take notes in class notes section of virtual notebook. Once you have completed your research you will collaborate with assigned group and create a teaching tool. It may be necessary for you to work outside of class, discuss your timeline for completion with your group.
All visuals will be due Sept. 30th at the end of class.
Presentations will begin Oct. 1st
The unit final will be Oct. 6th
